At CHENIX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as skincare tools that have been opened or used) cannot be returned.
- Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@chenix.ca before sending it back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.
- If approved for a refund on a defective/damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@chenix.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
- Package the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@chenix.ca.
